Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Customers are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Tyche Ace does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
Our standard method of shipping is FREE UK Shipping and international shipping costs apply depending on destination. After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 5 business days for us to process your order before it ships. We will notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you. Some items may take 3-4 weeks delivery
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Tyche Ace Head Office IN Scotland UK for a refund. To complete your return, we request a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible, returns must be in the state you received them, unused, in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning shipping will be deducted from your refund. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for same item, send an email to our sales dept.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that our returns policy does not include earrings and rings, which are final sale
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Custom Printed Items
Any custom printed items on our site do not qualify for a refund. However, you are welcome to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support.
FREE PLUS SHIPPING ITEMS
Any Free Plus Shipping items on our site do not qualify for refunds, unless received damaged or broken and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

Ship your return and email our customer care team the tracking number associated with your return. We highly advise you to ship your order to our head office with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that are not received. Make sure all the items are packaged in their boxes and with their Cards of Authenticity (if these are not included with your return/exchange, no refund or exchange will be processed).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your return will be processed within 3-7 business days. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to be returned to your account. If you are requesting an exchange, the items you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
